Minimum quantities apply per design, per color. Sample and bulk order lead times start on the date the respective order is placed and include shipping time.
1. Describe the game format
Tell us whether the set is intended for American mahjong or another format. Include the complete tile list, jokers and spare tiles you require. Do not rely on a reference photo to define the final set contents.
2. Choose the design direction
Select a reference from the tile or gift-set pages. Explain the colors, artwork and finish you want to retain or change. If you have artwork ready, send the files or an accessible link and identify which surfaces they belong on.
3. Define the physical specification
Provide the desired tile dimensions and thickness, construction preference and packaging requirements. If a specification is still open, flag it in the inquiry so it can be discussed rather than assumed.
4. State the quantity and receiving date
Standard-color orders start at 50 sets per design, per color; custom color matching starts at 100 sets per design, per color. Include your quantity per design and color, delivery country and required arrival date. For U.S. deliveries, include the state and ZIP code. Sample and bulk order lead times start on the date the respective order is placed and include shipping time.
5. Review before approval
Use the quotation to confirm artwork, tile list, dimensions, materials, packaging and included accessories. Agree any sample scope and approval steps before confirming production.
Questions before you inquire
Is there a fixed minimum order?
The minimum order is 50 sets per design, per color for standard colors, or 100 sets per design, per color for custom color matching. Minimum quantities apply per design, per color.
Can I request a sample?
Sample order lead time is 15–20 business days from order placement, including shipping time. Sample scope, charges and revisions are confirmed in your quotation.
What is the bulk order lead time?
Bulk order lead time is 20 business days from order placement, including shipping time. Sample and bulk order lead times start on the date the respective order is placed and include shipping time.
Do you manufacture in your own factory?
Yes. ZhuoQue manufactures custom mahjong tiles in our own factory for brands, wholesalers and gift buyers, with a focus on the U.S. market.
Can you quote international delivery?
Send your destination country, quantity and required arrival date. For U.S. deliveries, include the state and ZIP code. Shipping options, costs and responsibilities are confirmed in your quotation.
Does sending an inquiry place an order?
No. The inquiry starts a project discussion. It does not place an order or require payment.
Where should I send artwork?
