Agree exactly what is included

A gift-set quotation should identify tile quantity, game format, case materials and every accessory. Tell us whether you need gift-ready presentation, outer shipping cartons or additional inserts so these can be reviewed.

Plan around the receiving date

Share the date the finished sets need to arrive and the destination country. Sample orders take 15–20 business days and bulk orders take 20 business days, each counted from its order placement date and including shipping time. Share your required arrival date when you inquire.

What quantity can I order?

The minimum order is 50 sets per design, per color for standard colors, or 100 sets per design, per color for custom color matching. Minimum quantities apply per design, per color.

What are the sample and bulk order lead times?

Sample order lead time is 15–20 business days from order placement, including shipping time. Sample scope, charges and revisions are confirmed in your quotation. Bulk order lead time is 20 business days from order placement, including shipping time. Sample and bulk order lead times start on the date the respective order is placed and include shipping time.

How do I receive a quotation?

Include your preferred reference, game format, tile list, intended quantity, destination and any required arrival date. We will review the brief and discuss the next steps.
